AmodioFlorent strengthens the ranks of #SPAW16’s team ! He will be involved as a Jury member of the Adv‎ertising Prize – Christian Blachas.

Florent Amodio was born in 1990 in Sobral, Brazil. He began figure skating at only 3 at the Cergy Pontoise club. Bernard Glesser trained him during 15 years until he competed in Olympic Games for the first time in 2010 in Vancouver. The same year, he won his first tittle of champion of France.

Then, Florent Amodio moved to Russia to train with Nikolai Morozov. Few months later, he competed European championship for the first time and won the tournament. In 2012, he finished 5th in the world championship and he competed in the 2014 Olympic Games in Sotchi. He announced the end of his international career in January 2016.

Ever since then, he kept performing during prestigious gala and attended training in journalism. He also set up summer training courses which first edition was held this summer in Vaujany.
